ARCTIC CLASS WIND TURBINE
The WINDROTOR BOLOTOV`s autonomous wind turbine is an ideal solution for a range of applications and can be installed in areas ranging from harsh and extreme, to urban and low noise restricted zones. Since 1994, these turbines have been proven to operate in severe weather conditions in many countries from the 33rd parallel to as far north as the Arctic at the 73rd parallel. This turbine is designed to start producing power at low wind speeds starting from 7.2 kmh and tested to continue operating reliably at wind speeds as high as 180kmh. This is achieved with the use of its patented counter rotating and omni-directional wind modules, coupled to its synchronous 3 phase generator with permanent magnets and its proprietary sealed bearings.
Turbine has withstood the test of time like no other traditional wind turbines, as it has been effortlessly operating for years and considered the longest power producing vertical axis wind turbine in history.
